UV-tracer 探针-

UV-Tracer 探针是将具有蓝色荧光的二苯甲酮片段嵌入到原本没有荧光的功能性小分子当中,如:Biotin-PEG4-NHS、Azide-PEG4-NHS,得到 UV trace-Biotin-PEG4-NHS 和 UV trace-Azide-PEG4-NHS。与原有分子相比,新的分子具有相同的功能,但又可通过检测荧光强度来判断是否标记成功,标记效率如何,因而具有广阔的应用前景。
